A newly constructed villa on the high bank of the Isar River in Munich’s Solln district
German Haimerl Architekten were hired to plan a two-family villa on a hillside property on the high bank of the Isar River.

The property is surrounded by historic landmark villas and is densely wooded. The entry level is about 4 meters lower than the garden level. It was a tricky task, which we consider an outstanding milestone among our residential buildings – not least because of the friendship that we developed with the customers.
