German Haimerl Architekten designed the Bad Tölz climbing center using the building shell of a former heating station, setting new standards for the area of indoor climbing. The climbing center is one of Germany’s largest and most modern facilities.

In addition to an impressive 1400 m2 of climbing surfaces with routes of up to 25 meters – 350 m2 of it outdoors – it offers a 280 m2 bouldering room, a bistro area and naturally, since it is located in the middle of the Bavarian Alps, a spacious beer garden.
